(I didn't level a Huntress and had to improvise.)

Hint #1: 1 SDA, 1 Lightning Tower, 5 DSTs (I was only able to get four in the Overclock Beam) and 1 Overclock Beam (6 DU)

Hint #2: During later waves, this aura will need a lot of repairing! You can safely stand on the ledge (Hint #3) and repair it.

Hint #3: This ledge (and the one near the other lane) are pretty safe to repair your auras.

Hint #4: When DElfs begin to spawn, I stood on the high ground for the obvious advantage.

Hint #5: Spiders spawn in this location (alongside the rest of the map), make sure your DSTs are able to target it!

I mainly had the DSTs crossing each other's attack radius so they could cover each other as well as their lanes. Makes sure you have one or two aimed far enough toward Hint #5 so the spider doesn't try to get behind them. In case spiders get too close to your DSTs, the Lightning Tower and SDA should keep them at bay (they were only able to hit my DSTs once in my 25 waves).

As for the Hero, I use my EV-A in attack mode. I started the wave standing on Hint #2 in my SDA and wait for the DElfs to get close. I would use Decoy and jump to Hint #4 until they were dealt with (using another Decoy if needed). Once they were gone I could repair my Blockades at Hint #2, I would then run between the Blockades toward my SDA and drop another Decoy. This would take all the damage off my Blockades for a bit and I could run and repair my towers in the other lane.

After that point it's pretty straight forward until about 100 enemies left. Once you get to about that amount of enemies remaining, there will be another batch of spiders dropping down. At that point I would stand behind the Crystal (in the SDA and Lightning Tower) and fight off the spiders that got near.

I wasn't able to clear Alchemical Labs and went here to grind gear. I had almost no NM gear and I was able to complete 25 waves (gearing up as I went along) with little to no issue. The stats that I included are what I had after I finished the 25th wave. If, like me, you don't like getting powerleveled, I highly recommend trying this out so you can be better prepared for the rest of the campaign.
